  • After my return to Sri Lanka I took to teaching professional cake decorating and I introduced to Sri Lanka the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating via cake decorating lessons published in the women’s weekly NAVALIYA. After one and a half yrs of cake decorating classes I left for Germany.
  • In the year 2000, with formal training in Germany as a chocolatier I took to selling professional chocolates with KEELS SUPER. I have sold with them for many years.
